ON-LAND

This section includes corporate jobs within the Head Quarter and sister companies closely related to it.
1 Every application is important to us. We carefully examine all the profiles we receive, to see if there is a correspondence with the vacant positions. To be assessed, all CVs must be sent through the LIGABUE HR website.
2 Preliminary phone interview with the HR Recruiter (depending on country and position). HR Recruiters only respond to suitable candidates who are then invited to a job interview.
3 First interview with HR Recruiting team and future line manager.
4 If you are successful at interview you will receive a formal job offer.
5 With the onboarding process you will learn about our culture and values, our growth strategy and more.

ON-BOARD

Recruiting Job On-Board includes all positions on cruise ships, ferries and on&off activities applied via:

Direct hiring – We post the details of all open roles on our website, focus on the jobs that match your skills, experience and aspirations. Once you’ve submitted your application online, our HR Recruiting team will review your application and see if other roles match your profile. The interview will generally be an e-platform / face to face interview with a member of the HR Recruiting team. After an offer is accepted, you will meet with new colleagues on-board and learn about our culture and values, our growth strategy, and more.
